With that said, there are still effective ways of studying throughout the year as you complete each month’s worth of work.
While the first step towards a proper studying routine is to ensure that you space it out thoroughly, here are a few more effective study habits that can transform your routine.

Make sure you have a quiet studying nook, and that the environment you are studying in isn’t noisy. Scout around for quiet studying nooks in your school and everywhere else you may be studying. It may be an unused stretch at the back of your science lab or behind your school hall, as long as it works for you.
When it comes to your home, settle for a time at home when most of your family is away or asleep. Choose a quiet place in your home where you feel relaxed and comfortable.
Then, plan what you wish to finish by the end of the week. That way, you will achieve your aim and feel good about your plans. Study at a stretch of around 3 hours at first and work your way upwards to the time you really need to hit the sack.
Tip 2
Manage your studies by breaking it down so that you do not have to cover the whole lot in one go. Some areas of study can cover several chapters and notes, and this can be exhausting. Do not overdo it.
One of the best ways to go about it is to break up your study areas and divide them into smaller areas of study. Just do it little by little and give yourself time to revise what you had studied the day before. Then, move on to the next area and at the end of the week, revise everything once more.

Reward yourself the next day or at the end of the week when you have finished studying as per your plans. It could be your favourite flavour of ice cream or a even a movie of your choice.

Keep your rewards simple and switch them up as you go along. It could be a trip to the beach nearby or even a walk in the park. You could also treat yourself to a new book. The idea of that small reward awaiting you can help you reach immeasurable results.

Finish your week with a really good workout or do some sports of your choice. Whether you like to knock yourself out at the basketball court or do some strength training at the gym, give yourself a good physical burn.
Working your mind is one thing, but you should not neglect your body. Slouching over your notes and computer can be bad for your back and many students develop a bad back as a result.
Avoid these inconveniences by having enough rest and go for a short walk at the end of each day or a light job around your street. Do what works for you.
